研究方向

血细胞发育和癌症的转录和表观调控

主要利用基因组学(ChIP-seq、RNA-seq、PRO-seq、CUT&Tag和CLIP-seq等)、CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑、蛋白质组学和小鼠遗传学等技术来阐明转录和表观遗传因子PAF1 complex(Yu et al., Science, 2015)、Super Elongation Complex、MLL1、GATA1(Yu et al., Molecular Cell, 2009)和RUNX1(Yu et al., Molecular Cell, 2012; Yu et al., PNAS, 2008)在生理条件下如何调控血细胞的发育,而与它们相关的失调如何诱发癌症。
