通过开发核酸组学新技术,系统挖掘临床样本中核酸代谢异常导致的多种疾病,为临床诊疗提供新思路和新靶标

DNA大分子的化学修饰

解析新型DNA表观遗传修饰和化学损伤修复的代谢过程、生理功能、相互作用网络等

新型非编码RNA资源挖掘

鉴定未知新型非编码RNA,尤其含有高度修饰RNA的生物合成、代谢网路、调控功能等
