学术经历

  • 2005年获上海交通大学博士学位。
  • 2014-2015为哈佛大学及Broad研究所访问学者
  • 现为上海交大Bio-X研究院个体化医学研究中心主任(与哈佛-麻省理工 Broad研究所共建),上海交大个体化医学交叉学科创新人才实践培养基地主任,上海浦江人才。我国药物基因组学专委会副主任委员、常委,我国个体化用药科技创新联盟副秘书长,上海浦东新区转化医学联盟副秘书长,国家卫计委项目临床遗传专科委员会委员。
  • 曾先后担任国际学术期刊共同主编、编委、SCI期刊(Frontiers in Pharmacology)副主编;发表学术论文100余篇,申请专利 33项,已授权12项, 其中3项获转让,主编及参编著作6部,主持及参与制定指南与标准4项。
  • 主持国家863计划重大项目、国家自然基金、国家新药创制重大专项子课题、上海科技创新行动计划等项目。
  • 曾获国际人类遗传学会青年研究者奖、全国高校生物类微课竞赛二等奖等。

研究方向

药物基因组学与个体化医学;出生缺陷及疾病基因组学

研究并发现精神神经疾病、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、严重药物不良反应、重大出生缺陷等一系列个体化医学相关分子标记物,基于一系列功能研究技术手段探索不同个体对药物、环境等各类因子的反应存在差异的分子机制,研制个体化医学高通量快速检测技术手段及疾病个体化治疗方案,建立各相关疾病个体化精准医疗技术体系。
