研究方向

CRISPR基因编辑

开发各种CRISPR的基因编辑工具,应用于微生物,植物和动物细胞中。

分子传感器-生物合成和生物治疗

利用生物分子传感器控制细胞的代谢和行为,从而进一步用于生物合成和生物治疗(肠炎和癌症)。

生物合成

高值化生物转化,并利用CRISPR工具和生物分子传感器等生物技术优化提高生物合成的效率。
