研究方向

天然产物合成机器装配的候选研究主题

1.常用的抗生素如红霉素、青霉素的天然产物的合成机器。

2.洛伐他丁类的合成机器:

洛伐他丁也是天然产物,是新型降血脂药物。用于治疗高胆固醇血症和混合型高脂血症,对动脉粥样硬化和冠心病有防治作用。由洛伐他丁衍生的他丁类药物,同时也是当前癌症治疗药物研究的焦点之一。
