学术经历

  • 1999年毕业于兰州大学生物系,获细胞生物学专业应用微生物学方向硕士学位;2005年于上海交通大学获生物化学与分子生物学专业微生物分子生态学方向博士学位。1999年至今在上海交通大学生命科学技术学院工作,是微生物分子生态与生态基因组学实验室的骨干教师,承担相关科研工作和国家级精品课程“分子生物学”的部分教学工作。

研究方向

人和动物的肠道微生物组研究

主要为人和动物的肠道微生物组研究。目前主要致力于肠道菌群参与肥胖、糖尿病、大肠癌等疾病的发生、发展的机理研究以及肠道重要功能细菌的分子生物学特性研究。
