Precise force field and bioinformatics Lab

Precise Force Field and Bioinformatics Laboratory was build at 2007 and belonged to State Key Laboratory of Microbial metabolism. Our lab is focused on the development of precise force field for intrinsically disordered proteins.  We released intrinsically disordered proteins specific force fields, such as ff99IDPs, ff14IDPs, ff14IDPSFF,CHARMM36IDPSFF, ff03CMAP, and ESFF1. More fifty peers sent email to request the parameters of these force fields.
