研究方向

微生物代谢与人体互作

1. 研究微生物代谢途径或产物如何通过影响人体代谢物水平、刺激人体免疫调节等机制影响宿主生理功能。

2. 研究微生物代谢产物在疾病诊断、预防和治疗中的潜在应用,如通过益生菌等干预手段改善宿主健康。

利用微生物实现天然产物高产

利用合成生物学、代谢工程等多种技术实现微生物合成多种高价值天然产物,并提升其产量。
