基于合成生物学理念，将光合微生物蓝藻进行功能性定制，开发系列面向市场的生物基产品，包括活性光合微生物药剂，蓝藻保健食品和藻基化妆品等。
木质素是一种高体量废弃物，也是最大的天然芳香化合物资源。我们开发温度导向和coenzyme-free等新策略用于木质素转化为天然产物，形成可产业化的新技术，为生物炼制整体效率和经济性的提高奠定基础。
天然产物广泛应用于医药、保健和食品行业。基于光合底盘，运用多维合成生物学技术，模拟和重塑天然途径，实现光驱动合成白藜芦醇、苯乙醇和黄酮类等多种重要天然产物。
