肖毅特别研究员课题组招聘博士后(微生物生物合成)

上海交通大学生命科学技术学院生物工程系肖毅课题组招聘博士后1-2名。本组是新成立的课题组,主要研究方向是生物合成,分子生物技术和微生物生理生化,最终为工业规模生物合成提供基础。1)开发基因组编辑技术(例如CRISPR)对细胞宿主进行遗传改造,产生高产的细胞工厂,2)利用细胞内生物传感器(genetically-encoded biosensor)构建分子开关,控制细胞代谢途径和细胞行为,从而提高细胞生物合成的效率,3)研究高产细胞的遗传进化机制和各种对高产表型的生理生化机理。

申请人应在近期获得博士学位(微生物学,生物工程,分子遗传学等相关专业)。应聘者在录取入职之后,享有学校给予博士后的各种待遇,并可以依照学校政策逐级晋升,课题组将提供有竞争力的年薪。
