个人简历

1971年出生,1998年毕业于华中农业大学,获分子生物学博士学位。1998年起至2008年,先后任国家海洋局第三海洋研究所助研、副研、研究员。1999年8月至2002年4月,被聘为德国Osnabrueck大学客座研究员,从事博士后研究;2006年5月至2006年12月,受聘为美国佐治亚州立大学客座教授。2009年1月起至今,被聘为上海交通大学教授,博士生导师,学科带头人。

研究方向

近年来以深部生物圈极端微生物为研究对象,综合利用传统和现代微生物技术,结合基因组学和生物地球化学方法来探寻深部极端微生物适应性机理、关键代谢途径起源和极端生态系统演替等基础科学问题。近5年共发表SCI收录论文27篇,其中第一及通讯作者论文20篇,应邀在国际会议上报告6次。2008年获得中国青年女科学家奖提名奖。承担国家自然科学基金4项,海洋“863”项目2项,大洋项目2项。
主要的研究工作包括:
1、分离培养出深海嗜压希瓦氏菌WP3并测定分析了其基因组全序列,揭示了WP3环境适应的重要分子机制如利用大量重复基因保障呼吸途径灵活多样;具有分别受温压调控的双鞭毛系统等。分离出目前唯一报道的受低温诱导的噬菌体并发现其具有新的诱导途径。这是国际上第二例对深海嗜压菌的系统研究并使之成为了重要的深海模式细菌。
2、揭示了深海热液口微生物群体代谢形式极大的丰富性、多样性和快速演替过程,将人们对深部生物圈的认识从种群组成水平拓展到群体代谢和基因组水平。
3、对深部生物圈中一大类尚未培养的泉古菌MCG开展系统研究,从中发现了与古菌16SrDNA连锁的具有功能的细菌叶绿素合成关键基因bchG,发现其较细菌bchG更加古老,该研究引发了古菌是否参与了光合作用起源进化过程的讨论,得到国际同行的广泛关注。
