个人简历

上海交通大学教授,博士生导师。现任上海交通大学生命科学技术学院副院长。
1991年-1994年,南京大学,生物第植物学专业;
1994年-1998年,中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所,分子遗传学;
1998年-2005年,上海市农业科学院,生物技术研究中心,植物分子生物学实验室主任、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员;
2005年-至今,上海交通大学,生命科学技术学院,教授、特聘教授,发育生物学学科带头人;国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部长江学者奖励计划特聘教授、上海市优秀学科带头人和国家百千万人才工程入选者、上海科技启明星、上海市曙光学者、教育部新世纪优秀人才等。

研究方向

1.水稻花器官形态建成的分子调控机理研究;
2. 水稻雄性生殖发育的分子调控机制研究;
3. 水稻分子辅助育种。

研究成果
在水稻生殖发育方面开展了大量研究工作,近年来分离鉴定了10余个控制水稻花粉形成、花序和花器官发育相关的关键基因,并阐明了其作用机制。另外,在转基因生物安全性检测方面在国内外率先寻找并验证了适合转基因油菜、棉花、番茄和水稻中外源基因定性、定量PCR检测的内标准基因,建立了我国主要转基因农产品检测方法,对于保障转基因生物安全消费具有重要促进作用。2003年至以通讯作者身份在Plant Cell等期刊上发表80多篇高质量研究论文,申请专利14项(其中两项为国际PCT专利),获得授权专利6项。申请水稻新品种保护2项;负责和参与制定国家技术标准20余项,制定ISO标准4项。
