研究方向

主要研究方向是生物合成,分子生物技术和微生物生理生化,最终为工业规模生物合成提供基础。
1)开发基因组编辑技术(例如CRISPR)对细胞宿主进行遗传改造,产生高产的细胞工厂
2)利用细胞内生物传感器(genetically-encoded biosensor)构建分子开关,控制细胞代谢途径和细胞行为,从而提高细胞生物合成的效率
3)研究高产细胞的遗传进化机制和各种对高产表型的生理生化机理。

-
