个人简历

1993年本科毕业于东北师范大学生物系,获得学士学位;1996年毕业于东北师范大学遗传与细胞研究所,获得硕士学位;2005年底毕业于韩国明知大学,获得博士学位。1998年3月起工作于大连理工大学生命科学与技术学院,2006年晋升副教授,2007年获得德国洪堡基金会的资助,赴德国Tuebingen大学药学院进行博士后研究,2008年认定为博士生导师,2011年底晋升教授。2014年10月起被聘为上海交通大学教授,就职于生命科学技术学院。

教学经历: 本科生课程:《代谢工程》、《分子生物学》、《生物学科前沿介绍》等; 研究生课程:《工业微生物学》、《微生物生理与代谢调控》等。

研究方向

主持多项国家自然科学基金项目及国际交流和国际合作项目,主持并作为课题骨干参加国家863项目的研究。主要研究利用微生物代谢工程进行工业微生物菌株的选育,提高生产菌株对环境胁迫的耐受性,提高细胞活性和生物能源及生物基化学品的生产效率。此外,研究微生物细胞絮凝的机理,并定向对微生物细胞的絮凝进行控制。主要研究的微生物是酿酒酵母、放线菌(链霉菌)、丝状真菌及微藻。在酿酒酵母絮凝基因的克隆及絮凝酵母选育方面进行了深入研究,并进行了微藻絮凝的研究。相关研究在国内外期刊发表了多篇研究论文。2006年起开展海洋放线菌菌种资源和基因资源的研究,分离和鉴定了多株海洋链霉菌,研究利用基因组挖掘进行抗生素生物合成调控及新抗生素的发现。
