个人简历

上海交通大学特别研究员、博士生导师。2009年1月获韩国科学技术院(KAIST) 生命化学工学科博士学位,先后在韩国KAIST及美国Tufts大学从事博士后研究。 2012年9月被聘为上海交通大学特别研究员、博士生导师。主要从事系统与合成生物学的研究,尤其致力于其在生物材料、绿色化工和能源等领域的应用基础研究。在国际重要学术刊物上发表论文十多篇,其中包括PNAS,Biotechnology & Bioengineering等高水平国际期刊。所发表的论文被选为Nature 杂志的Research Highlight, Nature Chemical Biology 的News and Views,Biotechnology & Bioengineering 的封面、亮点文章和Editors’ Choice。 研究成果已申请三个国际专利和数个韩国专利。被邀请为 Biotechnology & Bioengineering,Biomacromolecules等五个国际杂志的论文审稿人。
