个人简历

1994年西安交通大学高分子材料系学士,1997年四川大学化学纤维硕士,2003年法国巴黎第七大学计算化学博士。2005年至2006年在美国加州大学尔湾分校进行博士后研究。2007年1月回国, 现为上海交通大学生命科学技术学院副教授,博士生导师。上海生物信息技术研究中心课题组长。在天然无规的生物大分子折叠机理和抗艾滋病药物设计等方面进行了比较深入的研究,并在JACS,Nucleic Acids Research, RNA等国际著名学术期刊发表了60多篇SCI论文,其中本人为第一作者或通信作者的SCI文章40篇,SCI影响因子累计超过140。申请四项专利,八项软件著作权,获上海市科技进步一等奖一项。

研究方向

1)利用分子动力学模拟研究天然无规生物大分子在配体耦合下的折叠机理。
2)与老年痴呆相关的淀粉纤维蛋白错误折叠的分子机理。
3)利用生物信息学的方法研究microRNA上调蛋白翻译的分子机制。
4)计算机辅助创新药物设计
