The core facility of School of Life Science and Biotechnology in SJTU，supported by “211”，“985” project of the Ministry of Education and the State Key Laboratory of Microbial Metabolism,provides the instruments and technology service for the scientific research. The core facility is qualified by CMA in 2015，and owns the qualification certificate for operating the pathogenic microorganism in 2016. The core facility is composed of six branch platforms with state-of-the-art equipment，including：cell imaging and analysis, macromolecular and high-throughput analysis，metabolite analysis, biomanufacture，computation，basic facility. The total construction area of the core facility is 800 m2. Our facility group includes 9 members，33%of which are senior profession faculty. The aims of the core facility are ensuring high-quality service and technology support for the scientific research and the subject developing.
